Engineering and Technical Services
We have teams of seasoned aircraft maintenance technicians with vast amounts of field experience in our Engineering and Technical Services program. They have the capability to integrate into maintenance organizations and improve current capabilities by providing Training on advanced aircraft systems, guidance on analysis of difficult maintenance issues, supporting sustainment engineering by improving the technical improvement programs as well as quality deficiency reporting programs. The capability exists to enable units to perform at much higher levels with a less experienced workforce when supported by CETS.

KIHOMAC Supports Air National Guard Fleet
KIHOMAC was the sole provider of CETS support to the Air National Guard A-10 fleet. During that time KIHOMAC was the only non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and only small business to provide this support. The primary purpose of CETS is to provide onsite proficiency training and advice that elevates the technical skill and abilities of ANG operations and maintenance personnel. Some of these areas include on-the-job training covering all phases of maintenance and operation, operational checkouts, system/subsystem analysis, and technical assistance to resolve difficult or unusual maintenance problems. Additionally, KIHOMAC CETS personnel provided extensive technical support and interpretation of USAF technical orders, manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics. KIHOMAC CETS team members were the officially authorized liaisons between the operational units and the A-10 System Program Office for rapid ANG field problem resolution.
