LAYTON, Utah, 1 June 2021 — KIHOMAC is happy to announce that they have completed the acquisition of NavCom Systems, Inc., a high quality manufacturer of electronic assemblies located in Warner Robins, Georgia. With over 40 years of experience performing overhaul, repair, and production of quality electronic products and a strong track record of on-time deliveries, NavCom’s experienced electronic assemblies team complements the system engineering, metal and composite manufacturing capabilities of KIHOMAC.
The NavCom brand is highly regarded within the defense and aerospace community, and KIHOMAC will retain the NavCom brand while integrating employees and capital equipment with KIHOMAC’s Aerospace Integrity Programs (AIP) group based in Byron, Georgia. Products that will continue to be delivered by NavCom include electronic components, aircraft wiring and controls, test equipment, RF/Coax cables and related assemblies. “The addition of NavCom strengthens the overall capabilities of KIHOMAC’s team here in Georgia,” said Jeremy Brand, KIHOMAC Vice President of the AIP Group. “My team is very excited to have the experienced NavCom employees join the KIHOMAC Georgia family and help us continue to solve our Customer’s challenging problems.”
